Cancellation Policy
If rescheduling/cancelling an appointment online 24 hours or less in advance, clients will be prompted to contact us directly. There will be a late-cancellation fee of 50% for appointments rescheduled or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. However, cancellations made after 6pm, the day prior to your appointment will result in a full service fee. Same day cancellations or no shows will result in 100% service fee.
